Because admin doesn't want there to be any.
They are not actual chessplayers and have not a clue that what they are doing is just bad chess structuring.
Perhaps they don't feel that subs are even due the respect of responding to numerous complaints.
We are lowly chessplayers.
Admin is several website designers (not chessplayers).
Obviously they believe that they know best.
