How is it justified for those faiths that take a "day of rest" to go out to eat on that day? It is seems less like the actions of the dieties they claim.

Isnt going out to eat with family and friends something relaxing???

If you read the Bible, It clearly states that God rested on the 7th day, not that God rested on the day and ordered everyone not to eat or eat food made by other people.

Eating builds the body and gives it energy. What better way than building energy while resting?

If the 7th day of your rest falls on a Sunday, it doesnt necessarily mean, the guy that made the food, is working on his day of rest.
