Yesterday, in these forums, I mocked the Lord. Today I have been stricken with a massive hangover. Coincidence? I think not. Any thought of temperance was cast aside when the Lord hardened my heart and caused me to drink that extra bottle of wine. I can only pray that he will not harden my arteries in a similar fashion. Amen.

I also drank too much Coca Cola and have a caffiene headache today.
I don't take that as a sign of retribution or of much of anything. Except it shows me that if you take caffiene too much and then stop taking it you might get a headache - and that regardless of how spiritual or unspiritual you are.
Originally posted by jaywillIt's not a controlled experiment then is it? You can't reach that conclusion until you've also downed a bottle of that vile phosphoric acid and caramel WITHOUT praising the Lord. See if you get a headache then. 🙂
