You seem to be an intelligent woman so I just decided to see how you play chess by looking at your last complete game. I was going through the game fairly quickly and saw that you had won a pawn on move 19. But then on move 21 you made a tactical error that I saw immediately. You are lucky your opponent did not see it.
I believe you could improve your chess a lot by studying a book on tactics or going to an internet site on chess tactics.
