He is clearly saying that PettyTalk is his only account (use) on this site. (He doesn't have more than one account here). Hence him saying, "Pettytalk is the only use for this website."

He is not saying he hasn't used that username on a different site. - I think you simply misread him as saying, 'Pettytalk is only used on this site.' I trust you will offer him an apology?


What he said - "Pettytalk is the only use for this website."

What he didn't say - "Pettytalk is only used for this website."
