...to download Christian rock albums from Soulseek or Limewire?

Would it change things if you were poor, or sleepy and drunk a lot?

It's just plain downright wrong to download or in any way support Christian Rock.

However, for a more theological perspective consult the 10 commandments. God was pretty big on theft, I believe.

edit; I believe there was actually an addendum to those stone tablets which read *unless you are poor, sleepy and drink a lot*

Downloading freely music like this is very often illegal from what I have heard about copyright infringment rules.

The fact that it is so-called "Christian Rock Music" makes no difference whatsoever.

Why should it make any difference because it is "Christian" if there is a copyright procedure associated with it?

Is it theft or is it sharing? I'm sure the Christian God would approve of sharing with your fellow men - and women of course 🙂

I guess that depends if you ask first. And if they consent, of course.

Well, I don't know. What's the point of Christian rock? Is it to spread the gospel, or to make money?

That's an easy one...

There are Christian rockers in each of the following groups:

Group 1: Christian rockers who perform in order to make money.

Group 2: Christrian rockers who perform in order to spread the gospel.

Group 3: Christian rockers who perform in order to both make money and spread the gospel.

I told you that was easy. 🙂

Are you so poor you need to steal?

Use your mind to make some and this question will become moot.
