I don't think I'm a religious fanatic. Has anyone else noticed the similarities - intentional or unintentional?'

It's been a while since I've seen the movie. I do remember the bits in the article, however.
In retrospect, well-done.

Before seeing the link provided, I also thought of the parallels of ET being resurrected from the dead and the miraculous acts as having religious connotations.
