If it's true, that an exorcism was performed in their house, they think they or their house is possessed by a demon.

Or they're attention grabbing.

I gather it was more about the belief that the man who attacked Paul Pelosi with a hammer might have brought a demon into his family's home or was demon possessed.

Pelosi's pro-choice politics aside, she's a pretty hardcore Catholic. Exorcisms are a pretty hardcore Catholic thing.

Catholicism is as "religious" as it gets.

And I don't think there's an escape route after decades of baby killing.

I think the Pelosi's should be more worried about what God is doing than some demon haunting their house.
