I've never understood that chips with a meal thing. If I wanted chips I'd get fish and chips, or steak and chips etc. If I don't want chips I'll order something like lasagne, which I DON'T EXPECT TO COME WITH CHIPS!

In Syracuse (NY) when they order pizza they also get chicken wings, bleu cheese dressing, and celery. I think the snow froze some key brain cells there.
