The Greek gods skin goats for shields and the Christian god sends us to Hell simply for being goats. What's with the hate?!

A bit of topic but . . .

We're told to be sheep for Christ. In fact, Christ is the "Good Shepherd," but let's take a look at his track record. What does he do with his sheep? He burns them on alters. Be a sheep if you want. I'll remain a goat.

Anyone can twist and demean the Word of God....but it is you who will be judged by it.

GOD gives every human being the opportunity to come to know and accept HIM. But HE does not force anyone. You have chosen to feel or believe as you do by your choice. The only thing GOD hates is sin. HE gives you the opportunity to hate it too. Which is your freedom of choice.

No, it's more like running over your own feet with the lawnmower.

But he knows who will not accept him and he creates them anyway so he can burn them in hell.
Or is there another reason? sadism maybe.
Face it, your religion is manmade.

Um... He wanted to give him an anti-rec. Now he'll need two anti-recs.

Yes, GOD is all knowing, Yes He knows all things. Yes, HE knows all of those who will not believe in HIM. Yes, HE knows those who are going to everlasting damnation. Yes, Christ knew that most of mankind would reject HIM. But GOD, gives everyone the opportunity to accept or reject HIM. So in truth GOD allows any and everyone go to Hell that choose to.
Yes, there are man made Religions. Yes, there are those that have twisted the Truth about GOD. But, GOD still is and will always be. While man is here on the earth, until he goes to his grave. GOD is. Over 2000 years ago when CHRIST, died on that cross. This is the same discusion that mankind has had. And the answer is still the same. GOD does not want anyone to go to Hell. But if they choose to go HE will allow it.

My Old Testament, New Testament GOD, has a place for those that feel the way you do. But, then again you are going there by using your greedom of choice.
