Yea, seems like it to me.

He waits until a large unsuspecting crowd of his enemies are gathered at a local hang out (the temple), then he deliberately pushes the place down around them all.

No modern gadgets, but from how the OT describes him, Samson was da' bomb.

Oh that's right. It's really has the broader interpretation that God can help you overcome lustful temptations by executing people. Don't pigeon-hole God.
