Talk about this verse though when I was a Cathlolic, I would swear on God's name all the time telling the truth or not. And my Parents though do it all the time. He said he read a book called Fantastic Voyage and in it it talks about people living to 5,000 years old. So I said ya right, then he said I swear to God.

When I was raise Catholic though I was teached that the pope was Christ on earth as his representative, but every believer is. No Chrsitian is above another in ranks.
