Because you keep on dodging it.

How about

Why is it better to believe in nothing than fairies at the bottom of your garden?
I didn’t say that it is.

If you don’t need an objective standard of morality by which you can judge what is right or wrong, then how do you determine what is right and wrong?
You determine what is right or wrong, by combining the numerous neural input's your body experiences via chemical balance, chemical reaction and brain development. The input you experience, combined with your brain development and chemical release in your body dictates how your react and think. What you think forms your idea of right and wrong...thus developing your idea of morality.

We are particularly susceptible as children to outside input, hence societies having more in common based on proximity, gives us our general morality.

I would add that you have contributed little to this conversation other than repeat variations of the same question.

So would you agree that without an objective moral standard, morality boils down to personal preference?

Your morality boils down to your personal preference.

If I don't obey God and His word yes. And the same would apply to you. So thanks for clearing that up.

How is 'personal preference' not an objective standard? For sure you peddle your own personal preference as if it were an objective standard.

I wish he'd show up and give me his word. I haven't heard from him since susan drove her car into the lake to drown her kids.

Right! Your god wants dead people. Nice fit with the HEL.
