1. Do we who post to this internet 'spirituality' forum have 'spiritual' needs?
2. If so, what are they?
3. How are 'spiritual' needs fulfilled and by whom?

I don't know what it means.
EDIT: or specifically I don't know what you mean by it.
I can go look up what some dictionary's think it means but there are too many different meanings and interpretations used.
And what is relevant to answering your question is what YOU meant by it.
My general answer is probably that I don't have spiritual needs...
But that's going to depend largely on how you define the term.

What do YOU mean by the term " 'spiritual' needs "?
If you don't know what you mean then how are peoples answers going to mean anything to you?

Only if you and googlefudge lack one of your own or one of you could try Googling the word. Your bodies are material and temporal. Do either of you believe your minds and memories are also material as opposed to immaterial?

What will happen to googlefudge when his brain waves stop and his body dies?
My thoughts, feelings, memories, and personality, are produced by and contained within my brain.
They are stored in the structure and state of the roughly 100 billion neurons that make up my brain.
My body provides sensory input, life support, and motive capabilities to my brain.
If that life support ceases, or something physically disrupts my brain then that delicate structure
that forms my personality and memories and thoughts is destroyed.
And I cease to exist.
We call this death.
For me, nothing whatsoever comes after this.
And I am absolutely certain (psychologically rather than epistemically) that this is what happens when I,
or anyone else dies.
The thing I think of as me is simply a product of my physical brain.
When it is destroyed so am I.

people use it to mean different things.
To answer YOUR question we need to know what YOU mean and for that to happen
YOU need to tell us.
If you know what you mean that should not be to hard.
BTW: I think you mean to say that our bodies are materiel and temporary.
As in they are made of matter and have a limited lifespan.
Saying they are temporal just means they exist in time... Which includes the possibility
that they could last forever.
Temporal isn't a term that sees much use out of Star Trek technobabble.
