I myself would like to visit other places (some impediments being the monetary, time, and probable health costs from enduring long flights) -- but recently I have considered that each place one might wish to visit has already had millions or more native sprouts who have already experienced each locale as an insider instead of flavor-grazer -- so is tourism even appropriate in such cases?
You can travel under the intention of leaving each place you visit slightly better. That could take form in different ways. On a camping trip, don't just leave no trace – improve the trail or habitat, help sustain wildlife. Staying at motels, goto the shower before entering a pool and conserve towels. As a citygoer, most places welcoming business invite window shoppers on an oft chance, though the smog comes following behind. I venture to say the strongest argument against bodily discomfort befallen during travel is the significance in keeping hold to a tradition.
