The church or the members is the BODY OF CHRIST.
The bride of Christ is the New Jerusalem.
You are not the bride of Christ. Get over it.
The reason they are His Body is because His life is in them.
No born again human being can escape eventually being a constituent of the Body of Christ or His Wife and Bride.
That is because they possess His life through being born of the Spirit, born again, born from above, and born anew.
The BIRTH puts the life of Christ into them.
And they must be members of His mystical Body.

They in the church in Ephesus had a lot of commendable activity.
But Jesus had against them that they had LEFT their first love.
The FIRST LOVE is the love which puts Jesus Himself above all things and holds Him to be preeminent, the first.
Jesus was displeased that in spite of thier works they had left their first love.
This now .. Love of the indwelling Lord Jesus empowers man to obey the commands of the Lord Jesus... Is not in the bible. This your church doctrine ,, worthless nonsense.

Love is the most excellent way to follow the Lord - See First Corinthians 13.

You are a mouth worshiper to your core. The greatest thing is love, not professions of love. Professions of love with your mouth cannot fool anyone far less God. Jesus did not say this :
To you building up the church means nothing.
To Christ and God's apostles the mouth was crucial in building up the church.
1.) After love Paul said especially Christians should desire to SPEAK spiritually in prophesying.
Pursue love, and desire earnestly spiritual gifts, BUT ESPECIALLY that you may prophesy. (1 Cor. 13:1)
2.) To speak out spiritually on behalf of God builds up the church. So Paul say it especially should be developed.
"But he who prophesies speaks BUILDING UP and encouragement and consolation to men." (v.3)
3.) Again Paul encourages speaking forth in prophesy for the crucial will of Christ - to build up the church.
"He who speaks in a tongue builds up himself, but he who prophesies builds up the church." (v.4)
You care nothing for the church. So you care nothing for building the church up through speaking forth God in the church meetings. You want to discourage the God speaking mouth of the saints.

4.) Paul desires that all the saints would learn to speak forth God, to prophesy to BUILD UP the church.

All of these exercises of the spiritual being involve the MOUTH, the godly speaking MOUTH.
6.) Paul wanted the believers to EXCEL to the building up of the church through speaking forth in edifying prophesy.
"So also you, since you are zealous of spirits, seek that you may excel for the building up of the church." (v.12)
This kind of prophesy is not restricted to supernatural prediction. It is to speak consolation in the Spirit. It is to speak comfort and encouragement in the Holy Spirit, speaking forth for God.
Excel in this for the "building up" of the church says Paul all throughout First Corinthians 14.

The book of Matthew shows that the Father has a way in which His sons should serve Him. It is like a legitimate path which should not be veered off of.
Matthew talks about the way to live a kingdom life for the kingdom reward.

This surely has its place.
You have made it have ALL the place.
First Corinthians 14 is about not only living a high level of righteusness but SPEAKING for God for the edifying of other believers. It is called the most excellent gift.
After speaking of LOVE in chapter 13 PAul goes on to encourage the disciples to earnestly desire the most excellent gift - to speak for God, to speak forth God, to speak out of God, to speak God into people - to prophesy.
His goal is the building up of the church. You seem to despise churching together because of your discouraging experiences perhaps. Maybe you are just independent minded and trust no one to love God as YOU imagine you do.
Go through that chapter and count how many times the apostles speaks positively about building up the local church. When it is time to talk about the hypocrisy of, say, Matthew chapter 23, that I talk about.
My burden now is not that. It is to encourage loving the Lord AND His church by speaking with the mouth.
Last nice I had a Good Samaritan moment with a very needy person. But I ALSO used the opportunity while helping them practically, to SPEAK something to lead them to experience Jesus Christ.

Matthew 7 says, some will in that day, vainly say "Lord, Lord" . It doesn't necessarily say that they called on Him before. It says really that IN THAT DAY they said "Lord, Lord"
Now it also says they did things in His name - mighty things, impressive things. It could be that God honored His name and did some things for the sake of the faith of others.
We do not know that they called on His name. We only know that they USED His name to do some things. But they did not walk in His kingdom way. They did not keep within the track of the Father's will.
He never allowed them. He never acknowledged them. He never knew them.
The word for KNEW is as Paul saying that he did things the he did not acknowledge in Romans chapter 7.
I never knew you could be translated that He never ALLOWED or ACKNOWLEDGED them.
Paul called these things you speak of useless and pointless and nothing. It is all worthless foolishness.
Paul said if we do not have LIFE we are become as clanging brass or a tinkling cymbol. That is making noise without LIFE.
That is not SPEAKING is VERSES divine life.

This morning as I was prayreading Isaiah 40 I came to this word:
"Go up to a high mountain O Zion, who brings glad tidings;
Lift up your voice with power, O Jerusalem, who brings glad tidings.
Lift it up; do not be afraid.
Say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God! " (Isaiah 40:9)
"How wonderful," I thought. God says to not be afraid and lift up our voice with power. The heart and the open mouth lifted up "with power" is so useful to touch the living God in spirit.
Lift up your voice with power and tell the Lord Jesus O Lord Jesus! Lord Jesus I love You."

What we do read is that many will say "in THAT day" ... ie. "Lord did we not do this or that in your name?"
Now in YOUR version it may say what YOU want it to say.

That they will say "Lord ..." "in THAT day" doesn't automatically mean they said in their PAST "Lord Jesus I love You. O Lord Jesus I love You."

Now I wish to get back to the first vision of Revelation 14.
You promote it.

Revelation 12 shows explicitly HOW the overcoming Christians hasten in the coming kingdom of God and overcome the Devil.
And wouldn't you know it. It involves the faith-filled use of their mouths.
"And I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying -
Now has come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ, for the accuser of our brothers has been cast down, who accuses them before our God day and night.
And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and because of the WORD of their testimony, and they loved not their soul life even unto death." (Rev. 12:10,11)
1.) By the redeeming blood of Christ they overcame Satan and brought in the kingdom.
2.) By proclaiming in faith the word of their testimony they overcame Satan and brought in the kingdom.
3.) They loved the Lord Jesus more than their self life, their soul life, their independent from God fallen Christless "SELF".
The word of their testimony spoken in faith is a denial of the self. It is to speak the TRUTH of the universe rather than the lies of the enemy.
We do not believe our failures. We do not believe our shortcomings. We do not believe our mistakes. We believe the word of God and the divine FACTS of our having been placed in oneness with Christ the Victor.
Try it. Grace will pour into your life. It involves SPEAKING the truths of the Gospel - the precious promises of God in faith.

Heb 11 has a testimony that Paul wrote for the patriarchs of the Old Testament. Its all about STUFF THEY HAD DONE TO PLEASE GOD. Faith and professions of faith is a stepping-stone, to righteousness and to pleasing God through good works. Professions of faith alone, which is what you promote, is worthless.

Upon taking in the teaching of Rajk999 are you encouraged to love and worship God to live unto Him? Or are you prone to look more and more at yourself and your own ablity to do good for God apart from Him? Does he kill the desire to rejoice in your heart?
What the psalmist said is still appropriate today -
Seek Jehovah and His strength.
In New Testament terms - Seek the indwelling Jesus Christ as GRACE. Be empowered to live unto God doing all He commands moment by moment by the grace that empowers, energizes, upholds, supplies, strengthens.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." (Phil. 4:13)
