It has to do with worship of stuff or things rather than GOD.
Only God is to be worshipped.
Some Christian churches encourage idolatry and i pointed out some examples.
What does that have to do with your claim about 99% of the Bible?

Nothing. The topic changed. Pay attention.

You submit truth claims according to scripture and denounce your source at the same time.

You are not paying attention if that is what you think. Cherrying picking is selecting some passage out of the context of the rest of the Bible to make it mean what you want, even if the rest of scripture disagrees. You think adding to and taking away from the rest of the Bible is an acceptable act; it is one forbidden by God.

You really are a very stupid man. I said that 99% of what is written in the bible is NOT required for eternal life. A man can cherrypick the 1% if he is a wise man [certainly not your type], and know what is required for eternal life, and DO IT and enter the Kingdom of God. That is not a denunciation of the bible. I can state that 100% of what is written in Encyclopedia Britannica is not required for eternal life, and still quote from it as a reliable source. All these statements of yours, prove that you are a bible worshipper. There are people throughout history, and living today who have not read one single word from the bible and who will enter the Kingdom of God.

Taking scripture and twisting to mean what goes against the rest is cherry-picking; if you are rightly dividing the scriptures, there will be no conflict from one passage to another. All of the scripture is meaningful; it gives context; you shouldn't assume otherwise.

Anytime someone makes such a sweeping statement about the bible it means
- he is a bible worshipper and not a worshipper of God
- he has clearly not read the bible.
The bible to which you refer arrived around 200 years ago and that fact alone makes your statement look pretty stupid.

Nonsense, I don't think you even know what worship means if you feel that way.

I've given that to you. You are just not seeing it. The Word of God is not in conflict with itself, period. Reading it, you will never see God lying. He is not a God of confusion, so the whole will agree with itself. When we take parts out and make them mean something that disagrees with the rest, we look to the whole to make sure what we are seeing is accurate. We need to conform to the Word; otherwise, we make the Word conform to us. This is a fundamental truth of scripture, so it must be studied, not have bits and pieces selected that we like while ignoring the rest.

Do you believe God is a liar? Are we called to live by all of the Word of God?

Psalm 119:160
The sum of your word is truth, and every one of your righteous rules endures forever.

Matthew 4:4
But he answered, “It is written, “‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’”

Well, it is between you and God, not me. Have at it; where you end up, you end up.
