Spirituality

Cruising this forum for the last week or so, I've been amazed by the judeo-christian presumptiousness of the various participants...

Like spirituality starts and ends with Christians or Jews ! I think not!

I know there are Wiccans! I noticed posts from Agnostics - did I not? There's an ocassional atheist... I wouldn't be surprised to discover that we have Anarchists amongst us - who considered anarchy a spiritual pursuit? What else do we all hold sacred?

Why are we all playing second fiddle to some yappy and basically fundamentalist Christian drivel? And being so polite about it at the same time? Down with tele-evangelism!!!

Oh, the irony.

P.S.

The world is a tragedy to those who feel, but a comedy to those who think.
Horace Walpole (1717 - 1797)

Humor is the great thing, the saving thing. The minute it crops up, all our irritations and resentments slip away and a sunny spirit takes their place.
Mark Twain (1835 - 1910)

Widget has a discourse all his own. The way he leaps about, I suspect he's in cahoots with the Great God Pan.

Must have been...

Actually I was hoping for street addresses so I could send them all invitations to a party.

... no, sadly, it wasn't rhetorical. I was hoping to find some un-Christian ground for spirituality

You've already forsaken Loki? You'd better watch out or something special will be coming your way soon.
