The importance of Genesis is very underrated in it's importance to how it's impacted society, and actually helped to enrich the lives of many people. Some of my favorite games were on the Genesis, like Sonic, which is forever a classic, and their six-button controller which made playing Street Fighter quite a lot of fun.
