Then both are equal. And you shall therefore now class scientists as priests and worship science.

As Christian we can be open minded.

But to the fact that Jesus is the only way we can't be opened to any other way,
John 14:6
Acts 4:12

A ha ha ha ha !!! Pull the other one!

Open minded? Half your lot still believe, irrespective of a huge amount of evidence to the contrary, that the world is only 7,000 years old, and the the genesis story is literally true. The rest think that evolution is false, despite huge amounts of physical and experimental evidence to the contrary.

Open minded? Don't make me laugh!

For centuries, societies have held a rich oral tradition for the imparting of knowledge and truths;** what makes Jesus any different?

** Actually, I'm not quite sure what you mean when you claim that we wouldn't have known about Jesus if it weren’t for science.

Does anyone else find this statement extremely ironic coming from Mr. Hill?

Then see my remark about oral-tradition.

Your argument smacks of disingenuity, though. It's like saying that if there were no people/speech/ears, we wouldn't know about Jesus, therefore people/speech/ears are the equivalent of God. Hilarious.
