When Lot's wife was turned into a pillar of salt, would it have been wrong for Lot to use her to flavor his meals?

It would be like "Mrs. Dash" only more literal.

If your wife turned into a pillar of salt would you?

No. But would it would be wrong if I did? I wouldn't mind if my wife used me to flavor her steak.

If there were a code to explain if every possible situation and scenario of human choice were right or wrong you would have an infinitely long list of rules.

Your conscience seems to inform you that for you you wouldn't think it right.
Apparently it would offend your conscience.

Why can't you go on that?
Don't look for a commandment:

Thou shalt or (shalt not) use thy wife who has turned into salt to season thy food."
