A club that came from nothing, on the back of a sensible youth policy and excellent manager, up to not a long way short of the Championship playoffs, with the same manager 24 years later... is now back in the lowest division, without the advantage of being the only club of its size with a youth policy, and without the same manager.
Goes to show just how truly excellent Dario Gradi really is.

You can go a lot lower. They're now in the division my team were in seven years ago. Four steps lower down now.
