I play 2-3 mornings a week, responsibilities permitting.
Played in the provincial league as well, but 2 babies in the last 20 months has curbed my nightly excursions...
Squash is great. Except golf and bowls, it's probably the only sport most people can stay relatively competitive in until their 60s. 3 steps from the T is all you need!
I've lost against two 50+ year old ladies when I started playing league in my twenties. They had me running all over the place with their perfectly weighted shots down the wall.
That's what makes squash great. Power means nothing.
