anytime a #1 seed goes down it is an upset
let me clarify something
it is possible for a number one seed not to be a favorite and therefore not be an upset but this would only be likely if a number one seed reached the final four and faced a very strong two seed or possibly a very strong three seed

My four are all alive. Gonzaga all the way.
