It's not Wade's fault. Romo & TO have to go.

TO for sure, it makes Romo look bad when he NEEDS to look to TO every play and is unable to play his A-game to just to please TO and make sure he's getting enough 'touches'.

Somebody has to grab the bull by the horns down there. Did you see Romo disreguard Wades choice to punt? Mutney!

I'm surprised Herm Edwards didn't get the axe yet.

Again, get rid of Romo and TO. They send a message that if ANYONE disobeys the coach they are GONE, regardless of who they are. Plus, Romo cracks under pressure. If your "star" QB falls apart in December and January, you will never get anywhere.

Shannahan. Dumb decision for Bowlen, but a great break for some team looking for a head coach.

It IS Wade Philips fault for not growing a set of balls and telling those babies he has playing for him to sack up or gtfo. Its also Jerry Jones' fault for not hiring a coach who has some stones on him and for recruiting losers like TO, Pacman, Tank Johnson etc. Romo wouldn't be nearly as big an issue if he didn't have TO in his ear whining about how Witten and Romo are conspiring against him and all that other crap

The problem is Jerry Jones. He believes that he is the architect who won the superbowls when, in fact, it was Jimmy Johnson. Jones will not hire a coach who will take away from his desire for personal glory. Jones controls the drafts, he controls the player moves, and he controls the moves of the coaches he hires. A great coach won't work for him. Tuna had a belly full of him and left. Shanahan won't touch the job. Jerry Jones thinks he is Al Davis....he just isn't as smart....and Al Davis hasn't been smart in years.

lol yes I agree. I have also heard Mike Holmgren's name being mentioned for the job after his sabbatical. I sincerely hope Mike is smarter than that.

Was TO whining in Romo's ear when he botched that snap? No. Btw, that made Sportscenter's #4 wild card moment ever as of Friday.
