Watford will bounce straight back up to the prem 😀🙄
Please discuss
In their favour they have a huge parachute payment, a great manager, a good academy (that is getting better - going the Ajax way to include schooling too).
If WBA win at Wembley, it'll be one of the rare occasions where the 3 coming down go straight back up (first occasion even?).
This is a bad sign of the divide between the teams currently in the Prem and those in the Championship in terms of financial clout. We could quite easily see the Premiership money make this a gulf too big to bridge, and only financial mis-management could prevent a team coming down from going back up.
Without big investors to Championshiop clubs to counter this, the result would be to devalue the Championship for the rest of the clubs, with ripples extending further down into the lower divisions.

Personally i would be happy with Watford winning more than they lose next year, because there are more financially comfortable and bigger clubs in the champ. than last time we got promoted
And will we sign Ronaldi??????
🙄
