So far, i've given the World series a grand total of about 10 minutes viewing time. The problem? Same as it's been the past few years....
The camera almost never shows the actual game.
All we see are repeated close-ups of people's faces. They aren't showing us the baseball game. We just get zoomed in shots for god knows why. You watch next game if you haven't already shot your tv set full of bullet holes...
When the pitch is over, they almost always zoom away from the game and show you crowd faces, manager faces, dugout player faces, then the hitters face, then the pitchers face before they finally go back to the outfield shot showing the actual game of the pitcher/catcher/hitter.
Then the next pitch goes and it's back to all the useless close up shots of people faces. Then repeat, repeat repeat for the rest of the game.
WHY????
Ruins the game if you ask me.
