Im talking fantasy football not the actual team. Cam is a great QB, I would draft him in real football and be ecstatic about the upside he brings to the table. But in fantasy it isn't always about the skill or upside of the QB if he has nobody good to block for him or to catch his passes or to run the ball and take some pressure off.
