So the Habs are looking like Cup contenders this year. They've added Tanguay, Lang and Laroque. Goal scoring and toughness. What else do they need? My opinion though says they are still weak on Defense....it was exposed badly in the playoffs. Subtle, not overtly mind you, but enough to cause confusion from Carey Price who probably wasn't used to seeing defensemen react to plays that way since Price was in Pee-wee hockey.
Rumour is Gaborik(who still hasn't signed anywhere) may end up in MTL if Sundin goes elsewhere.
Although, I find it hard to believe Detroit doesn't have the inside track on the cup this year. Barring injury, those guys gotta be the favourites.
