Toss the ball farther into the court, hit the ball at the apex of its flight with your arm fully extended but not locked at the elbow, snap your wrist downwards as you make contact with the ball (this innovation added about 15 mph to Sampras' serve), and follow through after contact. These are just general tips; I can only offer more definite advice if I could see whether your service motion has any inefficient hitches in it, how your body is oriented, how high your toss it, how you follow through, etc.
