Titans Offensive Coordinator Norm Chow

I was watching ESPN this morning and they were reporting that the Arizona Cardinals interviewed Norm Chow for a head coaching spot? Do you think this would be good for the Cardinals since they have Leinart and Norm Chow was OC for USC?
