6-1 defeat to Leyton Orient - how?!

Is Ashley leaving via the club going into administration the only way out for them? It's not even funny to watch anymore.

yes i see your point- even for a friendly- to lose 6-1 is horrible.
The team has no manager- no real structure- and the stuff and players are all waiting for the 'new owners' to come.

...and the season is only 3 weeks away😲

Though I've seen Finchampstead FC play recently, I'm certainly not a fan. My team is Halifax Town, and we've just beaten a League One side in a friendly. They are five levels above us, but I'd hardly say we are due to storm our division as a result.

Keegan just came out today saying he wants to manage again. After the shenanigans at Newcastle, I think teams would think twice before bringing him on.

Though after today we've now got the best PPG record of any team in the top eight levels of the pyramid, with 98 points from 40 games. Impressively we've still to clinch promotion.

And the 6-1 defeat by Newcastle turned out not to be a reflection on the current season. They haven't done too badly for themselves either, but Orient aren't yet safe from the drop into League 2.
