Much more interested in the Valencia - Atlético, to be honest.

It has a direct impact, IMO, in what they will do with their
local matches in the upcoming weekend fixtures --and I tend
to follow La Liga more closely that the other leagues.

That's in relation to your post on the previous page "Why does Bendtner only score against Portuguese opposition?" He was predicting that Bendtner was going to score.

Anyone watching Benfica - Liverpool tonight?

Benfica have been playing some good football lately. I'm curious to see what they can do against a bigger team in Europe, especially given that they're prone to starting nervously in European ties.
I'm watching it. - Liverpool fan who doesn't know much about Benfica.

Should be good. TORRES!!

Sorry. Brain freeze. I read that only today so since I had missed it yesterday, I thought that post was made after the game ended.

Saviola is out injured, which can be a big blow for Benfica as he's been instrumental this season.

Last time Saviola was instrumental to anything, his
mom was cooking something and asked him to pass
the salt.

I've highlighted your problem. Don't blame me for doubting you were actually saying that. For a start, look at the the 3 goals he scored against Everton over two matches.

a very, very understrength everton side if i remember correctly. what does it say about the state of portuguese league if a player as bad as saviola is spearheading the league leaders and likely winners?
