minor Chrome problem:

So I invoke Chrome and it lately always comes up half page, I get full page by hitting the box for that but can't seem to get it to come up in full page mode, looked at settings and changed magnify, up to 150% and back down, no help.
Just annoying, I live with it, but any guru's out the know how to get full page browser when I invoke it?

Update: It seems to have fixed itself without me doing anything. Half page size for a month then for no apparent reason, back to full page. Don't know why it went to half page and don't know why it went back to full page, I didn't do anything for sure.
