Sorry, like every other tournament on this site, only first place (or tied for first place) advance. Some people are trying to lobby Russ to change the rules after the tournament has already started, but I oppose that on principle (and before anybody says it, my opinion would be the same even if I hadn't won my group).

That's cool if those are the stated rules - I never noticed what the description said when it started.
