I won't name anybody, as I am not a big fan of public denunciation and witch hunt; but I sent a fairplay ticket for what I consider to be a pretty obvious case, without any answer.
This is a shame, as people that would deserve to go to the final round (not me!) may not be able to do so, because of this. And I have to say watching the confrontation of computers is a bit less interesting for us, mortals.
I perfectly understand that we do not judge too quickly, as it may lead to injustices; but in such cases... The sadest of all this is that there will probably be a (useless) check at the end of the final round, whereas a check at the beginning would partially solve such issues.
Originally posted by MacpoWhen you send a fairplay ticket you wont get an answer. But it will be read and if it is a valid complaint it will be investigated. If there is found to be overwhelming evidence of cheating the player will be flagged and then it is up to the site admins to review the evidence and impose a ban as they see fit.

I know it's normal not to receive an answer. I just wanted to give my impression that sometimes, what appears to be quite clear cases of computer assistance does not seem to receive as much as attention from the admins as they should. Then, I am not particularly angry against anybody, I may very well understand that the admins have other things to do. My spontaneous will to justice just can't refrain from pointing this out, that's all...
