Admin no help with locked down board

In the September 2012 Long Haul Banded Tournament I was paired with Sibini. About a month ago I asked for assistance with the game because my board was locked down and would not allow me to move. No response. Finally, I was awarded a LOSS!!!!! because my time ran out. Thanks for the assistance Admin. You people serve no purpose if you are not going to respond to requests for assistance.
