Alpha Quickfire Midi Duel time outs

i thought there was supposed to be a 1 day automatic timeout for this event. but three or four days after my opponent moved he's not been timed out, although i have the option of claiming a timeout. how long will it be before he's automatically timed out????

my opponent just got auto timed out ............ the answer if 4 days and the auto timeout kicks in.
