Either extremely slow or extremely fast, perhaps we should ask the oracle on this one. I've sent feedback asking for a reply here.
The long hauls I've seen are 21 day timeout, 0 day timebank. So it's likely that.Edit: although for my band it says 21 for both timeout and timebank.
