Dave,
Problem have been solved. For a second I forgot who got white
in a tie-breaker. I found your old post and it solved the problem.
Lower rated get white.

One more question. To determine who gets white. We go by
original rating and not current rating, right. Non-tournament games
are affecting the players rating in this tournament.
