Baker Invitational Tournament--1400 Third Round

The rating at the start of the tournament was: tenebr8 1494, bbarr
1430, Alley Crime 1401.
Third Round Pairing is:

I understand this is contrary to a post Dave made a while back stating
that the third round bye would go to the winner of the Alley Crime vs
Misslead game. My decision is based on the facts that the bye drops
from the top player who already had a bye to the next rated player.

1400 Division Third round game play suspended. A dispute about the
pairing has been raised. In over the board chess disputes are
resolved quickly between the players and the directors. This is rather
difficult in correspondence chess. In favor of fairness to all players,
I'm asking all involved with the 1400 Division to send me your e-mail
address and we can resolve the problem there.
