Baker Invitational Tournament

I have updated the move annotations on my web page for the
tournament.

Sorry, I have not kept as close an eye on the tournament progress as
I used to. All games are progressing and biggest change I noticed
today is the beginning of a tie-breaker game between Zander and
roydhenderson in the 1100 division. In the 1300 division Johnw249
moves up to the second round after defeating Chris Hughes.

You inspired me to clean up my page too.
Which leads me to two questions:

1) in the Miss Take vs islanddoc games, the tiebreaker game was
deleted, and islanddoc has retired (correct?). So should I go ahead
and move Janey up?

2) Same sort of question for the Macca and Dustnrogers games.
Dustin had not moved withing the timeouts, but Macca didn't T/Os the
games. So now Dustin has actually won the games. What's the official
ruling?

Miss Take moves up...as for the other if I remember correctly it was
set up as a 3 day or something weird..John do you remember?

Yes I did.
So I can attest to the facts that you and Bennett both exist and are
not each other.

And in what is hopefully becoming my own personal RHP tradition, I
mooched beer from a fellow RHPer. In fact, I think that is going to be
my long term goal here - to see how many RHP members I can get to
give me beer!
Mmmm beer....

Well when I come up then you guys can buy me beer!!

Sorry to reply on Macca's behalf but he does not get into the forums
much, but as he is my mate I'll have to speak for him. He could not
claim a time out as he started both games but dustnrogers did not
move within the agreed 7 days. As both games were only one move
old he could not claim a timeout. Due to this you guys decided that
Macca was the winner and awarded him both games. Dustnrogers
started playing some time later but macca did not try has hard as he
could as he thought the games had been won already, as per posts in
this forum (remember there was a big "is dustnrogers going to play?"
debate). I am sure if you check back you will see this is the case: -

I spoke to Vaknso on Maccs's behalf in one of our games and he asid
that Dustnrigers never got back to him so as far as he was concerned
Macca was the winner.
