Banded tournaments & ratings

I can't enter the banded tournament now, because my highest rating last 30 days is 1474, but my current rating is 1397 🙁
This means I am not allowed in either the mid-range or the higher tournament, which seems a bit unfair.
It also leaves me in the odd position that the system would happily allow me to win one more game and go back into the higher banded tourny, but it wouldn't allow me to lose more games and go into the lower one. Hmmmm..
