Hi,
For me it looks like there is a problem with the beta banded tournaments. I can only enter 1200-1399 but not the 1400-1499.
My rating at that time was 1396 with a max rating with 30 days of 1427. In addition I think the 'please don't enter if you are provisional ...' doesn't work either. This rule should be enforced, too.
