Are people really allowed to enter one division of a tournament, then if their rating changes enough to fall into another division, they can enter that division TOO? Why is this possible?
Edit: It appears that at least three other people are doing this same thing, entering both these tournaments. I had no idea this was such "a thing" here. How long has this been going on? No wonder people find it difficult to enter tournaments in popular bands.
Your TER is 1207 and yet over 5 yrs you have a high of 1483 and easily play at a 1400 level.
The only reason your TER is so low is because you continually go walkabout and time out bunches of games.

I would also appreciate it if you quit stalking me in the tournaments now. You should be playing in tournaments MUCH higher than me and so I shouldn't be forced to withdraw from tournaments I don't want to be sandbagged by you in.
