I bet Russ and Chrismo are not communicating at the full 100%. Look at the rating indications. At one tournament limits the rating at 3000, and another one to 2999. Hardly consistent.

yeah interestingly i noticed that as well. Personally I think a site as excellent as rhp should eradicate such shortcomings, especially ones as basic as these.
