For faceoffs you can't really make them any bigger than they are, because you already get 30 games just from 16 players. The good thing about faceoffs is is that you don't have to worry about starting them if they're not full since everyone's pooled into one group anyway.
You could run more of them... I've just entered the third one as the 16th player.

I bet if 5 more were created in that rating range they'd all fill up quickly.

Hey, that's great. Now that should be the way of dealing with future tournaments (and making sure everyone can enter only one of the parallel banded tournaments, of course).
