How has everyones 2005 Championship gone so far?

I believe I had the dubious honour of being the first person to lose a game in the tourney (to Trackhead), and probably also have the worst record so far: Four wins and five losses (hung my queen in three games). I think I may be rushing my games a little too much 😉

Well, in all my games I am 10-25 moves in, and so far, they all look like draws. Hard to beleive out of so many games, nobody has achieved an early advantage or disadvantage from playing me. I better brush up on my endgame theory me thinks, or else I'm done this tournament before it even starts. . .:'(

i am a pawn up against steveC, so i am winning on material .... and i have position too! my king is dominating the central files 😕

0-0, Somehow I got put in a defencive position in most of my games, and a couple I'm up a piece, and a couple I'm down a piece. I hope to break around even, if not a little under.

I'm still playing all of mine...none of them finished. I'm winning two them in my opinion...the others are just in the beginning so they are to hard to call. I'm ranked 500 in RHP...thought that was cool.

Thats okay, last week i was rated 900, and now im 1640, and i have defeats against three 1900 rated players who wont move and two have message me saying that they are going to wait until my rating gets higher before they give me my well earned victory, ive had a message telling me to drop outta a 1500-1599 banded tourney, which i dont think i will just because it will never fill up and players like you are in it that are 24-0 and probably need a decent match up. Anyhow, good luck in the tourney...im winning all my games except for my two against the top rated 2129 in my group, i dont think i will win or draw them, but im giving a good effort, maybe ill do better in the 2006 championship lol!

oh ya just to clarify for people who dont know me, i am rated usually above 1900 here, but i was timedout of alotta games.

Yeah, I noticed you were in the 1500-1599 Tourney...I am too. I was thinking: "Danget, dustnrogers joined [cause I read your profile and believed what you said about being rated 1900]." I thought I was going to win that tournament but good luck in that tourney, Dustnrogers.
