Let's asume he will be at his 'normal' rating. There is only one provisional player, Yardman. Hard to tell yet if he could be this person. If he is not this person, I think we safely can asume it will be any of these players: cludi, Gatecrasher, Quirine, no1marauder, wonderboy75, awrightus , GauravV, DoJoCleaning, caissad4, schakuhr, XanthosNZ.

I think we can rule out cludi, Gatecrasher, Quirine, no1marauder (wasn't he about to stop playing and only finishing the remaining games?), DoJoCleaning (he speaks Dutch, let's assume Trackhead does not speak Dutch), schakuhr and XanthosNZ for various reasons.

But I bet Trackhead is tricking us, he hasn't entered the tournament yet (or is playing at his real rating).

Or "IprotestThis" isn't TRACKHEAD21 and is just someone playing a joke. But I doubt this, so I wonder who it could be on the site. I reckon he may well have had another account before he got banned so it could really be anyone, and if you consider how it is possible to easily change your personality on the internet it could be any of those people.
