Let's asume he will be at his 'normal' rating. There is only one provisional player, Yardman. Hard to tell yet if he could be this person. If he is not this person, I think we safely can asume it will be any of these players: cludi, Gatecrasher, Quirine, no1marauder, wonderboy75, awrightus , GauravV, DoJoCleaning, caissad4, schakuhr, XanthosNZ.
I think we can rule out cludi, Gatecrasher, Quirine, no1marauder (wasn't he about to stop playing and only finishing the remaining games?), DoJoCleaning (he speaks Dutch, let's assume Trackhead does not speak Dutch), schakuhr and XanthosNZ for various reasons.
But I bet Trackhead is tricking us, he hasn't entered the tournament yet (or is playing at his real rating).
