Massive 500 dual!

Could we get a Massive 500 dual (500 entrants that is)?? 3/7 time controls, should take about 3 years to complete! 😀

If the time controls were 7/21, to allow for holidays, i'd love this.

think it would take more than 3 years to finish, with draws it could be about 12 rounds, most duels i've been in have lasted longer than 3 months a round.

that looks fun lets hope russ starts reading these threads or someone sends feedback.

I've two comments to make about this.

1) As pineapple42 pointed out, we've just had one. It only had space for 256 players. The event wasn't even filled. What makes you think that increasing the maximum to 500 will bring out any more players, one month later?

2) As per the opinion that I gave in another post, WHY should we have this? It's only been one month since the last one!

why not 1/28 ... 28 day holidays ... and 1 day play when you are at work.

I like the big timebank idea, but the 7 day timeout is just too long. I prefer 3 day timeouts.

btw, your avatar get's my vote for RHP's cutest, but ever since I switched to firefox he's been running a thousand miles an hour. Poor thing must be exhausted. 😛
